10:10 for Children Digital
10:10 for children is a well-being resource to help 5 to 11 year-olds discover how to live life well. 10:10 helps children to explore different ways they can look after their well-being and starts by posing the question ‘how can we be happy?’ Across ten themes and through activities, films, discussion and take home ideas 10:10 gives children the opportunity to explore transformative ideas around how to truly flourish.
Each of the 10 themes are explored through: teaching materials, activities, short films, group discussions and experiments to try at home.
Digital only
10:10 for children is being launched as a digital course — you will receive a USB containing everthing you need. The course materials found on the USB include: a PDF Leader’s Guide, 20 short films, 10 PowerPoints, printable Question Cards, and a range of activity sheets and resources.
Adaptable material
10:10 is built on positive psychology, sometimes referred to ‘the study of what makes life most worth living’ and explores spiritual virtues and values around how we live life well. 10:10 can be delivered as a course or as stand-alone themes — meaning it can be easily adapted for use in small groups, lessons, assemblies, and lunch-time clubs. We also highlight in the Leader's Guide which content is suitable for Reception age children and Key Stages 1 and 2.
