Resolve Course DVD

Resolve is a four week course to run in January or February. The course connects with those who have visited their local church over the Christmas period and gone on to make New Year resolutions.

Over four weeks delegates explore the themes of:
Looking after your body
Strengthening your mind
Inspiring your soul
Deepening your relationships.

Each episode last 20 minutes, and features a vignette followed by commentary from a psychologist, doctor, anthropologist, futurologist, faith leader and comedian.
